The hotel had a great view and was very quiet. the staff was friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We also enjoyed the spacious room and luxury restaurant.
The hotel seemed to have a lack of amenities for everyday travelers. There was no information provided in any language other than Japanese, making it difficult for non-Japanese speakers to understand how to use the facilities or even navigate the hotel.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, assisting us in navigating the language barrier. The spacious room had a separate living area, and the refrigerator was a helpful addition. the highland location offered stunning views.
We were disappointed to notice that the carpeting in the room looked tired and was well-used. the room had a faint smell of smoking, which detracted from our experience.
